In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God preserve him, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and President of the Khalifa bin Zayed Foundation Al Nahyan for Humanitarian Works .. The Foundation announced that it will treat 90 wounded people - along with the expenses of their companions - who have been affected by the war and Houthi violations, in India's hospitals, so that the number of those who were sponsored by the Foundation, along with other humanitarian and charitable institutions and bodies, within the country, reached 300 wounded and their companions.The UAE had taken care of the treatment of 1,500 wounded Yemenis in each of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Sudan and the Republic of India, and medical and relief convoys went in support of the brothers in Yemen.The Foundation confirmed that it will take care of the treatment of the new batch of wounded Yemenis in the coming days, as part of the continuous support provided by the UAE to the brothers in Yemen to alleviate their suffering and stand by them in light of the difficult circumstances facing them.The Foundation shall bear the costs of health escorts for the wounded, to ensure the creation of health and psychological conditions for them, in addition to providing all means to transport the wounded to accredited hospitals immediately, in coordination with the Yemeni government, according to a program prepared in this regard.The humanitarian and health conditions in Yemen have reached catastrophic levels due to the intransigence of the coup militias and their prevention of relief and medicinal aid reaching the various Yemeni regions, which resulted in increasing the suffering of the Yemeni people.From this humanitarian standpoint, the United Arab Emirates continues to provide relief and development aid, which since the beginning of the crisis has reached more than two billion dollars to alleviate the suffering of the brothers in Yemen.
