.Lack of the required documents cancels the student's right to receive assistance, and the institution reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons

.Guardian information for both parents or the primary caregiver is mandatory, and if the information is incomplete, the application will be rejected

.If family members have IDs in the new format, residence permits are not required

• If the salary is received through bank transfer: Please provide an employment contract, a recent salary certificate stamped and dated in the month of the application, and a bank statement for the last 6 months showing the salary (for both father and mother if they are employed).

• If the salary is received through money transfer services: Please provide an employment contract, a recent salary certificate stamped and dated in the month of the application, and a salary transfer slip from the authorized money transfer service for the last six consecutive months prior to the application date (for both father and mother if they are employed).

• If the salary is received in cash/by hand from the employer or sponsor (in case of simple/manual jobs): Please provide an employment contract and a recent salary certificate stamped and dated in the month of the application that includes proof of receiving the salary in cash/by hand (for either the father or mother if they are employed).

• If the father or mother is an investor/entrepreneur/partner, etc.: Please provide a declaration of monthly income from the judicial department, a copy of the valid trade license for the establishment, and a bank statement for the establishment for the last six months.

• In case of unresolved labor disputes or cases that hinder the provision of proof of monthly income or have led to the cessation of salary receipt for one of the parents: Please provide evidence of this with recent reports issued by labor courts or similar authorities.
