Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, "may God protect him", and following up on the part of Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.The Khalifa Foundation has provided urgent assistance to those affected by the cold wave that is currently sweeping the sisterly Republic of Tunisia.This aid includes providing blankets and foodstuffs that are purchased from the Tunisian market, in coordination with the UAE embassy in Tunisia.This urgent aid comes in solidarity from the UAE with the brotherly Tunisian people, so that they can cope with the severe cold wave that is sweeping Tunisia as a result of the snow that caused many roads to be cut off.
