The project is located in the city of Abu Dhabi, and the project is being developed in partnership with the Emirates Investment Authority (adjacent land) for the purpose of building the headquarters of the two entities in a similar design, provided that the project contains various facilities in line with the future expansion of the two parties. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2014.
