For the second year in a row, the Khalifa Foundation for Humanitarian Works sponsored tuition fees for students with urgent economic and humanitarian situations in government schools across the country ... and tuition fees for students from the children of expatriate "evening students" for the 2008-2009 academic year. This project comes within the framework of the Foundation's keenness to provide an appropriate environment for this group of students in the country to receive their education in a comfortable atmosphere, which reflects the importance of education in the strategy of the Khalifa Foundation, as education represents one of the aspects of the renaissance that advances the country.This bid, which included more than eight thousand male and female students, supports the concepts of belonging among the students and deepens their hoped-for role in creativity and keenness on the part of the institution to support the educational and educational sector and create a comfortable psychological atmosphere for the student to pursue his educational achievement without any hindrances. The number of male and female students who benefited from the tuition fee payment project reached 8,000 and 137 male and female students at the state level, as their number in Abu Dhabi of Al-Sabahi students reached 414, while the number of evening students in Abu Dhabi reached five thousand and 439 students .. and in Al Ain 680 and in Al-Gharbia 849, in Dubai 234, in the Sharjah office 20, in Umm al-Quwain 88, Ras al-Khaimah 63, Fujairah 118, and in Ajman 232 male and female students. The Khalifa Foundation affirmed that this aid comes among its projects on the local arena and within the framework of its support for the educational process in the country by helping male and female students with limited income and to relieve their families from bearing some of the burdens of life.The Foundation indicated that this humanitarian project at the state level comes from a joint effort between the Foundation, the Ministry of Education and the Education Councils, and reflects the Foundation’s interest in supporting the educational process.
