Subsidized goods sales centers

This initiative was launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE—may God protect him—as part of his commitment to easing the living burdens of citizens, ensuring their needs are met, and standardizing the cost of services provided across all emirates. The initiative also reflects the leadership's dedication to reinforcing the values of human solidarity and expressing the spirit of societal unity.

In alignment with these goals, the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Work has established several centers for the distribution of subsidized food items. The approximate number of beneficiaries has reached 95,984 Emirati families, comprising around 464,089 individuals.

The current subsidy policy brings with it numerous advantages, including the introduction of a special system that allows citizens to collect their food rations from any location within the country—regardless of their emirate of residence. Additionally, the Foundation has begun delivering services directly to the elderly and ill individuals who are unable to reach the distribution centers.
