The Khalifa Foundation for Humanitarian Works provided various assistance to Lebanon during the year, the most prominent of which was the opening of the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital in the town of Shebaa, south of Lebanon.The Foundation provided material support to the hospital, amounting to 10 million dollars for ten years, at a rate of one million dollars annually, operating costs, and it will provide medical services to the people in all regions, especially in the southern villages and towns. The Lebanese officials welcomed this project and said that it constitutes an urgent need and brings a phase of hope and a promising future thanks to the interest of the UAE and its humanitarian principles established by its wise leadership.How did the Khalifa Foundation implement the sacrifice and Eid clothing project for the year 2016 in Lebanon, where the beneficiaries of this campaign reached 51 thousand beneficiaries, at a rate of ten thousand families, and the distribution process included all Lebanese lands from north to south. This program comes as a continuation of the humanitarian and charitable projects launched by the Emirates Attaché in Beirut during the year 2016, which reached about 280,000 people.The Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation inaugurated the Sheikh Zayed Park in Saida, southern Lebanon ..
