This project comes in line with the strategy of the Khalifa Foundation for the establishment of vocational educational institutes and centers in developing countries with the aim of developing vocational education, solving the unemployment problem, and raising professional competence. The aim of supporting and establishing the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Center for Vocational Education in Senegal is to provide formal vocational education for primary and secondary students and qualify them to obtain an official certificate according to an advanced educational perspective in its specializations and equipment, and help meet Senegal's need in the field of vocational education, As well as training students and preparing them to practice professions in the labor market in order to contribute to solving the unemployment problem. According to a field study conducted by the Foundation for the needs of the labor market in Senegal, the center will offer an academic professional diploma in four specialties, namely, auto mechanics and electricity, electrical installations, heating and cooling, and computer, in addition to special training programs in the fields of carpentry, paint, tiles, cooking, sewing, aluminum works and electricity welding, and it is expected that the energy will reach Capacity in various programs of the center to 400 students.
