The emergent aides projects are considered as important projects the foundation is keen to implement through providing urgent aides and assistance to confront natural disasters, wars and disputes in the sister and friends countries in the world. Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nehayan Foundation has, after five months from its establishment, provided the first aides project in January 2008 through providing non-financial urgent aides to the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip to mitigate the difficult circumstances they suffer from.While the second aides projects was implemented in December 2008 during the Israeli aggression against Gaza Stripe and it was performed in coordination with UNRWA and the UN Developmental Program.The Foundation stated at that time that these aides are for the Palestinian brothers; and it includes medications, food packages and other life requirements and it was distributed to the poorest families to help them to overcome this crisis.
